If you encounter the error "The ms-installer protocol has been disabled", it is likely due to system policy restrictions. In this case, download the SECAD App Installer file (.appinstaller), then right-click the downloaded file and select Install.

If the Install option is missing when you right-click on .appinstaller or .appx files, please install App Installer from Microsoft Store

If you receive the error "An error occurred while accessing the file from the web. Please try downloading and opening the file locally.", please download the SECAD .appx package, then right-click the downloaded file and select Install.

If your system does not support App Installer or it is restricted, please use the EXE version instead.
